GenuBank today announced the appointment of three senior leaders: Jeffrey Lisinicchia as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, Tyler Barlow as Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer, and Lela Palsgrove as Senior Vice President/Client Relationship Manager, bringing over 75 combined years of banking experience to GenuBank.

Jeffrey Lisinicchia brings 31 years of experience to the CFO role. He most recently served at First Foundation Bank (NYSE: FFWM), a $12 billion asset holding company, and has held CFO and Chief Accounting Officer roles at Greenlight Financial Services, where the company grew to 700 employees and $5 billion in originations, and GMAC Mortgage Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and is an active CPA.

Tyler Barlow brings 25 years of commercial banking experience to the Chief Credit Officer role. A Las Vegas native, he returned to community banking after years at large institutions, most recently as Senior Vice President at EverBank. His experience spans C&I, commercial real estate, SBA, and Agricultural Lending. He holds a B.B.A. from Southern Utah University and is a Pacific Coast Banking School graduate.

Lela Palsgrove joins as Senior Vice President and Client Relationship Manager with 20 years of Nevada banking experience at Nevada State Bank. A 2025 Nevada Women’s Hall of Fame inductee, she holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in International Relations from Ilia State University. A Henderson resident for 23 years, she currently serves on the boards of the Nevada Children’s Heart Foundation, Nevada Autism Cares, and the Congressional Award Council of Nevada.
