Paige Riddle, 2027 Plumbing Manufacturers International Board of Directors president, LSP Products
In addition to Riddle and Neff, the members of the 2027 board will be vice president Troy Benavidez, LIXIL; secretary/treasurer John Confrey, Falcon Water Technologies; and directors Kathryn Loos, Haws Corporation; Tim O’Keefe, Symmons Industries; Kate Olinger, GF Building Flow Solutions; and Dan Rieland, Kohler. Neff also recognized PMI’s Strategic Advisory Council, led by chair Shawn Oldenhoff, Kohler; and including Erin Beyer, Delta Faucet Company; Bob Downie, GF Building Flow Solutions; Carmen Fiordirosa, Globe Union North America; Bill Strang, TOTO USA; and Claude Theisen, T&S Brass.
In remarks after her election, Riddle asked each attendee to bring one emerging issue, one promising idea, and one additional colleague into PMI’s work. “Share what you are seeing. Ask the question that has not yet been asked. Help someone else find their voice,” she encouraged. “We have people who can turn an idea into a reliable product, a difficult question into a workable solution, and a shared concern into effective advocacy. That is a remarkable foundation for the future.”
Riddle recognized Neff for his contributions as the 2026 PMI board president. She also announced that the 73nd Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held as part of the PMI27 Manufacturing Success Conference from Nov. 1-4, 2027, at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico, a historic city founded in 1706 along the Rio Grande near Albuquerque.
In remarks summing up 2026 PMI accomplishments, Neff noted a strengthening of PMI’s state advocacy presence and technical influence—as well as a coordinated federal agenda supporting water efficiency, research and manufacturing innovation. “While these actions were key, they represent just a fraction of the hundreds of other actions and issues PMI tackles on behalf of your company,” he emphasized. “PMI is all in.”
During his state of the association report, PMI CEO/Executive Director Kerry Stackpole asked attendees to make three commitments: 1) put the right people at the table by engaging technical, government affairs, operations, and packaging experts in PMI’s work; 2) provide specific examples to give PMI’s advocacy team the factual foundation it needs, and 3) open your doors to legislators and policymakers to help them understand what manufacturing requires. “Your membership gives PMI a voice. Your participation gives that voice authority,” he said. “Together, we will continue building an industry that is innovative, resilient, and indispensable — for our businesses, our customers, and the communities we serve.”
At the end of the meeting, attendees hand-painted, up-cycled rain barrels to be donated to New Orleans residents as tools for reducing local flooding, alleviating burden on the stormwater system, mitigating subsidence, and conserving water for use in plants and gardens.
The recipients of PMI’s annual awards were Lowell Lampen, Kohler, PMI President’s Award; Martin Knieps, PMI Ambassador Award, and Angela Jimenez, Neoperl US, Paul Patton PMI26 Manufacturing Success Award.
