NEW YORK CITY, NY, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Propertize Ventures has acquired a stake in Shell Pros, an integrated manufacturer and structural shell provider for high-density urban construction. Shell Pros delivers a full array of superstructure construction products and services, combining prefabricated cold-formed steel panel manufacturing, proprietary concrete systems like Tunnel Wall™, and on-site general contracting and project management.
Operating out of its New Jersey factory, Shell Pros brings nearly three decades of structural engineering and construction expertise to iconic mid- and high-rise developments across premier East Coast markets, including New York City and Miami. Its portfolio includes UNA Residences and The Ritz-Carlton Residences in South Florida, City Point and The William Vale in Brooklyn, and industrial projects such as a large-scale maritime facility in the Bronx.

This investment will integrate Shell Pros’ industrialized construction platform directly into Propertize Ventures’ redevelopment projects, including its public-private partnerships in Waco, TX and Jersey City, NJ.
Shell Pros’ off-site manufacturing runs through its Newark-based division, Panel Pros. Panel Pros uses advanced roll-forming and automated assembly to fabricate precision cold-formed steel structural panels off-site. By shipping ready-to-install framing components directly to job sites, Panel Pros compresses multi-family and commercial framing schedules by up to 40% compared to traditional building methods while maintaining strict quality control.
Complementing off-site manufacturing, Shell Pros delivers specialized concrete superstructure execution for complex, multi-story developments. Shell Pros handles every phase of structural execution, from foundational pours and post-tensioned concrete systems to complex structural geometry and complete building shells.
With skilled construction labor in short supply, Shell Pros’ concrete system builds a structure with about 25 workers instead of the usual 130 and uses roughly 26% less material. Panel Pros then installs factory-built steel walls behind it, with robotic tools that finish in three days what used to take 12.

As part of the investment, Propertize Ventures gains access to Shell Pros’ proprietary technologies and internal engineering resources. The alignment also secures strategic growth rights, including the ability to establish a new Panel Pros prefabrication facility in Texas to directly supply rapidly growing markets across the Sunbelt.
