Family-run since 1947, Adams Refrigeration pairs Carrier factory training with free 3-year maintenance on every new AC installed across the Phoenix Valley.
PHOENIX, AZ, UNITED STATES, October 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Adams Refrigeration, a family-run HVAC contractor in Phoenix that has served the Valley since 1947, is strengthening its role as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer by raising the standard for residential and commercial air conditioning installation across the Phoenix metro area. Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer status is a top-tier certification for sales, installation and service. It means Adams Refrigeration technicians are trained and certified to install and service Carrier systems correctly, with every installation backed by the manufacturer’s full confidence. For Phoenix homeowners, this matters. A new air conditioner is only as reliable as the installation behind it, and in a city where summer heat pushes cooling systems to their limits for months, poor sizing or rushed setup can shorten the life of even a premium unit.
Adams Refrigeration is a multiple-time recipient of the Carrier President’s Award, which recognizes Factory Authorized Dealers for leadership, customer satisfaction, expertise, business growth and operational excellence. The company’s technicians hold NATE certification, the leading certification program for HVAC technicians, and the team includes Heat Pump Master Technician expertise. Adams is licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC 245268), holds an A+ rating as a BBB Accredited Business, and carries a 4.6 Google rating from more than 150 local reviews.
As a Phoenix HVAC company with more than 75 years of Arizona summers behind it, Adams Refrigeration builds its process around the local climate. Every AC installation in Phoenix starts with an inspection of the existing system, followed by a plain-language explanation of options with no pushy sales pressure. From there, customers move to scheduling, installation and a satisfaction guarantee.
Every new unit purchased from Adams Refrigeration includes free 3-year maintenance. This covers regular cleaning, inspection and fine-tuning by expert staff, plus priority attention when service is needed fast. Routine maintenance is the best way to avoid a surprise breakdown in peak Phoenix heat, and it helps new equipment last longer and run cheaper.
A new system is a big decision. Adams Refrigeration offers flexible financing so customers can upgrade now and pay over time. As an APS Qualified Contractor and SRP Certified Contractor, the company also helps eligible customers access available utility rebates on qualifying high-efficiency equipment.
Not every system needs replacing. Adams technicians explain the signs that point to a repair, such as a reliable system under about 10 years old with one clearly identified failed part. They also explain the signs that point to replacement: systems 12 to 15 years old or more, frequent or expensive repairs, rising energy bills, rooms that never get comfortable, or units using older, phased-out refrigerant. The goal is an informed decision, not a rushed one.
Beyond Phoenix, Adams Refrigeration serves Glendale, Tolleson, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Peoria, Waddell and Sun City. The phone line is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, for customers facing an AC failure in the heat. Services also include heating and furnace installation, heat pump repair, ductless mini split installation, air duct replacement and indoor air quality solutions.
