In terms of core equipment configuration, this project is tailored to the production process characteristics of low-voltage cables, covering the complete workflow from conductor drawing to cabling and sheathing. In the drawing stage, LINT TOP has configured RBD machines with individual drivers and 16-head wire drawing machines for the customer. The RBD machines adopts a servo drive system, offering higher control precision and more stable drawing quality compared to traditional gear-driven solutions, while also delivering superior energy efficiency. It can meet the high-speed drawing requirements of various conductors including copper and aluminum. In the stranding stage, bunching machines and rigid stranders operate in coordination, with stranding lay pitch accuracy reaching industry-leading levels, suitable for the stranding processes of multiple cable categories such as low-voltage power cables, aerial insulated cables, and building wires. In the extrusion stage, LINT TOP provides a complete extrusion line solution from the extruder main unit to supporting cooling and haul-off equipment. The equipment design and manufacturing comply with international cable manufacturing standards, serving as a critical guarantee for cable insulation and sheathing. Additionally, auxiliary equipment such as rewinding line and take-up and pay-off stands are currently under active discussion and coordination with the customer; once confirmed, they will further enhance the full-process supporting capability.
